Cardiologist 'brutally confronted by 60 armed officers' – then detained in psychiatric unit

Horror treatment of doctor who spoke out about Covid measures

A SWISS cardiologist who published an analysis of Covid-19 and the unscientific measures implemented has revealed how it led to him being brutally confronted by 60 armed police officers before being diagnosed with “Corona Insanity” – then placed in a psychiatric unit.

Dr Thomas Binder MD, who studied medicine at the University of Zurich and received his doctorate in immunology and virology with a specialisation in internal medicine and cardiology, has 34 years of experience in diagnostics and therapy of respiratory infections in hospitals and in intensive care units. He has held a private practice in Switzerland for 24 years. 

In an exclusive video interview with journalist Taylor Hudak on The Last American Vagabond, Dr Binder reveals how, on April 9, 2020, he posted his detailed analysis to his website, which went viral receiving 20,000 views.

The post caught the attention of two colleagues, who alerted the Chief of State Police, claiming that Dr Binder was a supposed threat to himself and the government. Two days later, Dr. Binder was confronted by 60 armed officers – including 20 with the Kantonspolizei Aargau’s anti-terrorism unit, ARGUS.

After examining Dr Binder’s blog, social media posts and emails, police said he was not a threat and had no history of mental illness – but sent an emergency doctor to evaluate Dr Binder’s mental health status. He was subsequently diagnosed with “Corona Insanity” and placed in a psychiatric unit.

Dr Binder, who serves as a board member of the Swiss Aletheia, humane medicine and science, is a member of Doctors for Covid Ethics and a member of the German Physicians and Scientists for Health, Freedom and Democracy, was eventually released and continues to practice medicine in Switzerland.
