COLBURN CLAIMS HE HAS EVIDENCE TO DISCREDIT SAFE AND EFFECTIVE FILM...
...but so far provides nothing and ignores our emails
CONSERVATIVE MP Elliot Colburn angered Covid vaccine-injured support groups with his dismissive comments at the recent Whitehall debate – likening them to moon-landing deniers.
Asked by Sir Christopher Chope MP whether he had watched the film ‘Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion’, “which most people found highly persuasive” Mr Colburn preferred to recite Government mantra, rather than consider counter evidence.
Interestingly, the film was cancelled by YouTube soon afterwards.
Mr Colburn’s constituents in Carshalton and Wallington have since challenged him face-to-face, but he shows no signs of changing his views, as this News Uncut update confirms.

ELLIOT COLBURN says he has evidence which ‘completely discredits’ the Covid jab film Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion.
He has, however, agreed to watch it – but in a show of intransigence says it will not change his opinion.
So far there as been no word on his viewing experience. And his ‘evidence’ has not been forthcoming.
The latest developments come after one of his vaccine-injured constituents, Zulma Alfonso, told News Uncut: “If I could see him face to face, I’d say: ‘how dare you,’ not even remembering my case, my suffering. I believe he hates ‘anti-vaxxers’ and he seems to hate me in the same way. He couldn’t care less about me.”
Four members of the support group Stand In The Park (SITP) attended Mr Colburn’s constituency surgery in the Jack and Jill pub in Coulsdon last week, saying they wanted to discuss matters concerning ‘discrimination against a minority group’.
One, Marijke Roberts, says: “When we said we wanted to discuss his views on the vaccine-injured he was extremely dismissive. We asked him to watch the film Safe and Effective with an open mind, an open heart.
“He agreed to watch the film, but only if we agreed to read his evidence that discredited it. We asked him whether he accepted that there were vaccine injuries, but he became very defensive. He just repeated that vaccines had been proved to be safe.
“I told him that I was sure he didn’t want more people injured.”
Another, Andrew Seadon, said: “We asked him about conflicts of interest with the MHRA (the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency) but he just blurted out that pharmaceutical companies wouldn’t put out a vaccine that would kill people. He just towed the party line.”
Mr Seadon has since emailed Mr Colburn asking if he has watched the film and when would his evidence discrediting it be forthcoming. So far he has had no reply.
Subsequently, on Saturday, another constituent and SITP member Melissa Campbell approached Mr Colburn at a Remembrance Service in Wallington High Street. She sought his opinion on the film.
“He just rolled his eyes in dismissive body language,” she said. “He then said his opinion wouldn’t change anyway. He didn’t believe there was any evidence to show there was anything wrong with the vaccines.
“I told him I’d pity his soul when he found out the truth of what has been happening.”
Melissa, a former NHS administrator, added that Mr Colburn referred to action groups as “that lot” and asked who was funding their side of the issue.
For the record SITP, together with self-help groups such as UKCVFamily and VIBUK, are voluntary and depend on individual donations.
Elliot Colburn’s website states that “I really get the issues that matter most to you and your family…. that’s why I’m passionate about ensuring we deliver the very best health and care outcomes for Carshalton and Wallington residents”.
Marijke Roberts has a view on that, saying: “I don’t think he’s a bad person. He just seems naive, ignorant of the facts and easily led.”
News Uncut has emailed Mr Colburn without reply.
Politicians like Colburn are one of the many reasons his party are politically finished now. Self serving and unwilling to accept facts. An absolute disgrace. Let’s see his “evidence”
Tell his constituents to ask him if he has read the information brought forward during the HepC enquiry. From 1978-1991 the UK Govn’t knowingly bought HepC/HIV infected blood and have still NEVER broadcast public info that those receiving products during that time should be tested.
UK prob highest liver cancer rates in Europe. And it’s not from drinking. It’s from HepC. Govn’t hoping for natural attrition rather than expensive drugs.
I had to pay for first lot privately before NICE agreed to pay for the rest. I was 44!
Worst comment Clarke ‘what does it matter’ that people died.
Did you know that MHRA has hidden v injuries they knew about for MMR since 1983 as it might affect trust in Vees!
How about Zahawi saying they’re as safe as HPV. You know the one with the highest side effects previously. So guess he was sort of telling the truth.
