Gold up 55% against the pound over the last two years
It's not too late to invest in the precious metal
Interview by Jasmine Birtles
IF you think you have missed the boat over holding gold then think again – the precious metal is up about 55 per cent against the pound over the last two years.
In our latest interview with TallyMoney founder Cameron Parry, he discussing how it is never too late to buy gold and how it is expected to rise even further.
He said: “Gold continues to shine. In the last two years, gold is up about 55 per cent against the pound. If you had £10,000 in your account, where you are holding Tally [1mg of gold per Tally], your purchasing power would now be more than £15,000. That’s really impactful stuff.
“Over time it will continue to rise because Fiat currency is designed to lose value. So gold will keep going up because the thing that it’s measured against [Fiat currentcy] keeps getting debased by the state.”
Parry also revealed how our tax is being wasted by the state with “almost 1500 members of quangos paid £100,000 a year and 340 paid £200,000 a year”. He added: “Then have a look at the local council tax going up and councillors getting these gold-plated pensions for life, but what are they doing? It’s not like the roads are getting any better, it’s not like the public services or some of local things, pot holes and things, are getting improved. It’s pathetic.”
Cameron Parry is TallyMoney’s Founder/CEO and is a serial entrepreneur who has built start-ups into public stock market-listed companies. He felt so strongly that the fiat currency fractional-reserve banking system works to protect and benefit banks to the detriment of savers, that he designed an independent monetary system with a gold-based challenger currency as an alternative mainstream money for everyday use.
