JAB VICTIMS "NOT DISABLED ENOUGH"
More proof compensation scheme not fit for purpose as 50% of claims rejected
By Oliver May
MORE than 50 per cent of claims for injuries caused by the Covid jab have been rejected – some because the ‘independent’ medical assessor says victims were not disabled enough.
The NHS Business Services Authority replied to a Freedom of Information request on Wednesday stating that “8,363 claims have been received by the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme [VDPS]” – with only 157 entitled to compensation.
The NHS claim that fewer than five of those 157 successful claimants were from the Pfizer and Moderna jab, with the remainder from AstraZeneca.
The reply added that “4,139 claimants have been notified of an outcome, with 3,982 rejected and a further 266 failing to meet the criteria for medial assessment”.
The NHS said: “3,704 claims were unsuccessful because the independent medical assessor recommended that, on the balance of probabilities, the vaccine did not cause the disability in question (causation).
“Two hundred and 78 claims were unsuccessful because, although the claims met the criteria for causation, the independent medical assessor recommended that the vaccine has not caused severe disablement. Under the VDPS, severe disablement means at least 60 per cent disabled.”
Alex Mitchell, who lost his leg after taking a Covid jab and who was featured in the News Uncut and Oracle Films documentary, Safe and Effective: A Second Opinion, said: “More deaths and injuries than many other health products in history that have been stopped (even if you combine them together).
“Wealth and not Health... We die they get titles.”
Retired police officer David Dickson added: “The world deserves answers for a calculated response which those responsible knew would cause harm. These crimes must be investigated.”
EXCESS deaths in 2023 are clearly “caused by the Covid jab”, according to another doctor bold enough to speak out.
Stats from the Organisation for Economic Co-Operation and Development have been put together for each nation and show deaths attributed to Covid and the percentage of the population who were ‘vaccinated’ with at least one dose.
Australian general practitioner Dr Julian Fidge says: “The last two columns [of the table] prove that it is the Covid vaccines that are causing the excess deaths. They do this by demonstrating a proportional dose response curve: the more people are vaccinated, the higher the proportion of excess deaths in a country.
“When two variables are clearly linked, with very large data pools, over a long period of time, there is no other reasonable explanation for the data.
This begs the question of why the health authorities continue to approve and promote a therapy which is tantamount to Russian Roulette. The wilful negligence constitutes misfeasance in public office, negligence and manslaughter.
“If I were to attempt something like this in my medical or pharmacy practice, I’d be jailed in a heartbeat and made to pay enormous damages for negligence. Because it is my job to assess and evaluate data like this and put patient safety before all other considerations.”
On both this stats table and the jab compensation topics, Dr Peter McCullough said: “The population appears to have sunken into a defeated lassitude. Record injuries, disabilities and deaths have occurred due to mass vaccination with unsafe, ineffective Covid-19 ‘vaccines’.
“Many believe nothing can be done now and are resigned to suffering the consequences. These data strongly support any and all efforts to treat ‘vaccine’ injury syndromes and do everything possible to preserve life in the vaccinated.”
THIS picture spotted at a Christmas Wonderland ice skating rink during the festive period may well provide a chuckle amid all the doom and gloom.
They were clearly using old hoardings but it might as well have said: “Walk while swimming.”
Absolutely criminal.

It wouldn't be the morons from Crapita doing the assessments by any chance?
