"Science has been corrupted over the cult of Net Zero... and it will fail"

Campaigning organisation against the madness says "Government and Whitehall are the main sources of disinformation about what it means for people"

THE Government and Whitehall are the main sources of disinformation about what Net Zero means for people.

That is the view of Andrew Montford of Net Zero Watch, a campaigning organisation set up to ask some serious questions about Climate Change.

Montford, below, also believes that science has been “corrupted over Net Zero”. In an exclusive interview with News Uncut he said: “We are trying to get the word out that Net Zero is a catastrophic mistake.

“Science had been corrupted. I wrote to one of the engineering magazines are couple of weeks ago and said, ‘you’ve written an article about Kemi Badenoch saying that Net Zero by 2050 is impossible and why it is completely wrong, I’d like to write an article about why it is completely right’. And they said, no. They said you can write something showing how Net Zero can be done cheaper but you can’t question Net Zero.

“This is essentially a religious view isn’t it? You are not allowed to question Net Zero. But Net Zero, inevitably, will fail and at that point these bodies, the Royal Society, the Royal Academy of Engineering, are going to look very bad indeed. I think heads will have to roll frankly.”

That will likely not happen until your electricity bills get even higher, however, as Montford warned: “It’s actually going to get worse. The cost of the electricity system is going to accelerate.”
