"This isn't over", says law firm after blasting "inadequate" Met Police reasoning

Gross misconduct case will not be investigated, despite at least 2000 deaths and 1.4million injuries

GROSS misconduct claims against Government ministers, medical regulators, scientists and the media over the roll-out of Covid-19 vaccinations will not be investigated by the Metropolitan Police. But today one of the lawyers representing the complainants warned: “This  isn’t over.” 

Philip Hyland, principal of PJH Law, said: “We are disappointed with the inadequacy of reasoning from the Met. We would have expected better.”

The group presented more than 400 witness statements from world-renowned scientists, doctors and vaccine victims, concerned, among other issues, about the safety of the new mRNA vaccines and the validity of the trials.

Mr Hyland said a full response to the police decision would be made public later this week.

The Met said in a statement: “It was suggested, by the complainants, that offences including gross negligent manslaughter and misconduct in a public office may have taken place.

“Following an assessment of all the available evidence, it is clear that no criminal offences are apparent. The Metropolitan Police will not be launching a criminal investigation and no further action will be taken.”

Deputy Assistant Commissioner Jane Connors added that vaccines had been approved by all the relevant national and international regulatory bodies.

“They underwent multiple trials and were subject to stringent approval processes. They are in use in more than 100 countries.

“We have found no evidence to support any claims that information about adverse health implications is being suppressed or withheld from the public in the manner that was alleged.”

She goes on to criticise the use of a crime number being misrepresented as evidence of a criminal investigation which, she says, was not the case – and links the use of that number to efforts to disrupt the UK’s vaccination programme.

That, says her statement, is unacceptable and will not be tolerated.

News Uncut understands that the police have not interviewed a single witness in person, which seems odd given the seriousness of the allegations – although they have paid a lot of attention to a few Downing Street parties.

Meanwhile India’s drug regulators have decided not to support the Pfizer vaccine because of ongoing investigations into side effects reported in other countries.

ALISON SEAL

ALISON SEAL woke up one morning completely blind. Her life has been ruined, she has lost her job and a year later she still cannot see properly. 

“It’s been horrendous,” she says. “I can’t believe what’s been happening to me.”

Alison worked as a telecommunications engineer with Open Reach, where her job involved jointing multi-coloured cables. She had never had a problem with her eyes until, days after her only Covid jab, colours starting draining away and everything was getting darker. By the next morning all vision was gone.

She was taken from her home in Oxted, Surrey to the local A&E and was then transferred to St George’s Hospital in London, where she remained for 10 days for multiple tests. She was ‘pumped full of steroids’ and given 12 lumber punctures as consultants tried to diagnose the problem. Tests for Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions all proved negative.

She says: “I remember lying in bed and I could only hear their voices. I was told that there was a jug of water and a cup, but I couldn’t find them, just by touch. It was then that it hit me – what if I’m permanently blind? My life would be turned upside down.”

A neurologist at St George’s finally confirmed that Alison’s condition was vaccine damage and said it would be reported under the Yellow Card Scheme. Worryingly, he told her that he has since had two other patients with similar problems.

Today, Alison has 50 per cent vision and is about to have a second plasma transfusion, which she hopes will bring more improvement. In the meantime she is living off her savings and just £240 a month in benefits. She will be seeking damages under the Government’s vaccine damage scheme, but has no idea how much she will get or how long it will take.

ANNIE BENNET

ANNIE BENNET is a former Harley Street psychotherapist who suffered a blood clot in her brain – and nine months later it has still not reduced in size, despite intense medication.

Annie runs her practice from her home in Spain and only had the AstraZeneca jab because she wanted to visit family in England. Within days she was experiencing terrible, severe headaches and eventually was diagnosed with the blood clot.

She says: “I was told that had I gone one more week without treatment it would have been too late.”

Her list of symptoms is appalling. 

“I had a putrid smell from my feet and head, I had oil coming from my face and nose, there was a burning sensation in my feet and hands, I had swelling above one brow and a throbbing over my nose, I had skin like sandpaper, sometimes my skin had red dots – and I had the most toxic diarrhea for three and half months.

“My body has been a battlefield and still is.”

Annie has been told she has the symptoms of long Covid, but she has never been ill from the virus. Her doctor confirmed on the hospital report that her condition was caused by the AstraZeneca vaccine.
