Canadian joy as unpopular PM finally steps aside – and the story behind why one mum told him: "You suck!"

JUSTIN TRUDEAU has announced that he will resign as the Prime Minister of Canada as soon as the party selects its next leader. The news came on Monday, January 6 and was met with claims that he “betrayed Canadian values and divided a nation”. It is fair to say he will not be missed. Parts of his unpopular tenure included freezing the bank accounts of the Canadian truckers convoy, setting troops on peaceful protests, introducing carbon taxes and overseeing mass immigration. Here, former Global BC Newscast director ANITA KRISHNA reveals the chat she had with a lady who pretty much summed up what she thought of Trudeau.
