"We MUST be able to talk about rape gangs"
Pickthall House think tank's Mustafa Warsi warns Government: "When people think justice has not been done, they take matters into their own hands"
Interview by Jasmine Birtles
IT IS not a bad thing to be British but the UK Government has let problems fester so much that they have lost the “narrative of what Britain really is”.
That is the view of Mustafa Warsi of the Pickthall House think tank who, in this interview with News Uncut, speaks eloquently and rationally over several issues, including the rape gang scandal. The think tank this month joined calls for a Home Office Inquiry into the scandal of ‘group-based child sexual exploitation’.
Talking of so-called ‘Islamaphobia’, he says: “This is a political cudgel that is being used maliciously by both sides much to the detriment of their constituents, the Muslim population of this country and is resulting in a confusion as to what the true causes of the problem are.”
Warsi believes the UK’s immigration policy has “been a disaster” and that the “elites” failed the public over Brexit by failing to establish exactly what sovereignty looks like.
