Horror of Bill 36 and how health care worker can be jailed for refusing jab
ON November 24, British Columbia in Canada passed Bill 36 into law – meaning health care workers must take a Covid jab or lose their licence, receive a heavy fine or be sent to prison. Canadian journalist Anita Krishna lifts the lid on how problematic and frankly undemocratic her country has become.

TO quote British author, commentator and intellectual Douglas Murray during his brilliant performance at the Munk Debates this November in Toronto, “you really know the world is in trouble when Canada becomes very interesting”.
And interesting we are indeed. It was the Canadian truckers who stood up, drove across the country in the blistering cold to say, “end these mandates” and the ears of the world pricked up.
Everyone was listening and watching – everyone but our Prime Minister and his “state” run news media, who either buried their heads, or completely ignored how the majority of Canadians felt.
In my home province of British Columbia (BC), we are still pushing mandates on to our healthcare workers with Bill 36.
On November 24, 2022, acting BC Premier David Eby and his New Democratic Party government pushed through legislation and passed Bill 36 into law. The bill is set to punish any and all health care workers be they public or private, who are not up to date with their vaccinations, including covid jabs.

According to Section 49 of the Bill, this punishment can include hefty fines, loss of licence and jail time. You can be jailed for up to six months if you are a health care professional making statements that contradict the provinces health care information
Bill 36 also rewrites our Healthcare Act and amalgamates the colleges. This Bill has 645 provisions and there are reports that some Members of the Legislative Assembly claimed to have only reviewed 10 per cent of the Bill before legislative debate was cut short by Eby and the NDP voted it into law.
This bill affects more than 100,000 Health Care Professionals, not only nurses and doctors but dentists, naturopaths, chiropractors, massage therapists, psychologists and physiotherapists in both the public and private sector.
I asked Dr. Rob Johnson, a dentist from Salmon Arm, BC, what his thoughts were on Bill 36. He said: “I thought we had laws to limit the Government, we have the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the whole thing is inverted now, the whole Government.
“So many things are illegal and opaque. What’s the timeline? There’s so much that’s to be determined, what is public information is horrifying but what’s behind closed doors is even worse.”
The Government can order a Health Care Provider to produce private clinical records at any given time wihout a court order.
BC healthcare is about to collapse and we could lose our greatest healthcare providers to places that are less draconian. But the good freedom fighters in this province will not back down from the fight and a fight it is.
The Government is sure hell bent on making you taking this jab, even though we all know it does not stop transmission and can make you sick.
To me this overreach is reprehensible, beyond evil and frankly, seems Satanic, but I think the devil is in the details — quite literally.
Dystopian! The pressure to take a jab that doesn’t stop you becoming ill or passing on the disease from a government who is pushing medical assistance in death? It’s becoming more and more transparent.
COVID injections have proven dreadfully dangerous in the short term (see VAERS) while medium and long term dangers remain unknown and any efficacy wanes rapidly. Furthermore the virus poses no meaningful danger for the vast majority (see IFR data). No knowledgeable person is going to submit to being injected because doing so is clearly foolhardy.
