The answers to the questions posed in the opening sentence of your article are yes, yes and yes. With luck this ridiculous excuse for a politician will lead by example - and choke to death on a toasted cockroach.
Mordaunt has the most condescending manner towards Andrew Bridgen. It's painful to watch someone so unconscious/ unaware treat a fellow member of parliament in this way. It's painful to realise that this attitude makes up most of our political system. Superiority. Smugness. Self righteous. What I admire about Andrew Bridgen is that he faces that attitude every day and he stays calm, polite and he does not give in. He shows real courage.
Yes he really does behave properly. I saw him in an interview with Richard Vobes recently. He struck me as very clued up, very aware and quite humble. Shame other MPs can't take a leaf out of his book . (on a side note I watched a series called Anatomy of a Scandal ( yes I know it was only a TV series ), and it was very interesting to see these toffs becoming politicians, and then behaving as if everything is DUE to them whatever. I think this is what Penny suffers from. I can't think of the right word - it's very very hot here in Italy today and my brain is frazzled 😅)
I emailed him (he is not my MP) just to say "Keep going - don't let them grind you down" and he replied. I think a lot of people send him encouraging emails. Most people recognise and relate to someone who displays such courage unless they are complete narrative zombies I guess.
We have been conditioned by hundred of years of it too! During the crowning of that Charlie bloke I was commenting to someone about entitlement who said - it's our culture (she was shocked and indignant!) - and it made me realise what an excellent brainwashing job had been done on us. Oh dear.

Mordaunt is delusional. Then again most of the WEF is.
