I don't see the GB "story" as gaslighting but more of a preemptive move.
It is entirely plausible the global creatures of the night would try another big lie (if you're gonna lie, go large is their MO) claiming people are dying from heart problems brought on by covid when in truth the cause is the so-called covid vaccines. To a degree this has happened already, i.e., "long covid."
