Attorney Todd Callender has been speaking out for the last couple of months about his finding — through whistleblowers and observation of the coordinated responses around the world — that WHO has already introduced one-world government, through the back door of the 2005 International Health Regulations, as adopted and implemented by nation-states around the world.
So the test run for the framework has already been operational for two years.
The current round of negotiations started in Dec. 2021 is intended to expand and strengthen the framework, adding in natural disasters, currency collapses and other destabilizing events, to the circumstances in which WHO, under international law, supersedes all federal constitutions and all citizen civil liberties.
